IMPORTANT POLICIES

• REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

  • Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • All sales are final. 

  • Expiration dates will be enforced.

• NEW STUDENTS

  • Offers/discounts may not be combined and are for first time students only.

• CLASS PACKAGES

  • All classes in the package must be used prior to the expiration date. Extensions will not be permitted.

  • Class packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.

• MEMBERSHIPS​

  • Add-On Classes are available for All Access, Aerial, or Pole Members Only and may be purchased at a member discount rate. Discounted Add-On classes are not available with the Fitness/Dance memberships. The Add-On class is for any extra classes not covered by the current membership. ie. if you have a pole only membership, you may purchase a flexibility class at a discounted “Add-On” member only drop in rate. Or if you have reached your membership level maximum, you may attend additional classes using the "add-on" classes.

  • Unused classes do not roll over to the next month. All classes expire in the current month if unused.

  • All memberships are contracted for the contract term purchased. 12 Month memberships have an early termination fee of $350. 3 Month memberships have an early termination fee of $150. 30 day notice of requested termination is required and must be approved by management.

• AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be 18 and over to attend our POLE classes and over the age of 13 to attend Aerial, Dance, or Fitness classes. 

    • If you are under the age of 18, we require a parental consent and signature on waivers.

• ONLINE REGISTRATION REQUIRED

  • All students must register for class online PRIOR to attending to guarantee their spot in class. Online registration will only be allowed for PAID classes. For cash payments, please contact the studio.

  • If you attend without prior registration, you may not be accepted to attend class if class is full. 

  • Members may only register ahead for classes within the current paid 30 days of their membership. Paid in Full members may register ahead for classes for the entire year since their membership is paid in full for the year.

  • Fees are assessed for late cancellations and no shows.
