VOUCHERS ARE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS 

*ALL Steps Below Must Be Completed Before Registering for Any Class 

**Only activate your voucher if you are ready to attend your first class within two weeks

 

VOUCHER ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

Step 1 - CREATE YOUR PROFILE (Click HERE) 

*Please be sure to Opt-In for Emails - this is how we contact you for activation and any class changes/cancellations 

 

Step 2 - EMAIL THE STUDIO - (you may reply to the "Welcome to "Embody" email you receive once you complete your profile) or directly email us at info@EmbodyAF.com. In your email, please include:

• A screenshot of your voucher if possible. If not, please include the following items:

• Full name

• Voucher number

• Deal option purchased (Description of deal) 

 

 *If you do not receive a Welcome email, please ensure that you opted in for email notifications in your profile.  

 *You may also email us directly at info@EmbodyAF.com to assist you with this.

 

Step 3 - ACTIVATION: Embody staff will activate your account once your email is received.

 *Please allow up to 24 hours for activation

You will receive an email receipt once your account is activated 

 *Please be sure you have "opted in" to receive emails from us in your profile
 *You must take your first class by the listed expiration on your receipt 
 *The expiration date will automatically adjust once you take your first class.

 

Step 4 - REGISTER ONLINE for your class! Visit our SCHEDULE PAGE

 *Once you register for class, be sure to review our cancelation policies. Voucher members will lose class credits/days for late cancels and/or no-shows.
